How do i stop my android lollipop from "optimizing app" on boot? update cancel. ad by jira software, atlassian. "android is starting" "optimizing app x of xxx" with restarts of the phone 5.1 verizon. since phone maybe hot due endless loop, make sure the battery charge is over 50%.. Android 5.1 random restarts and optimize app showing 1-1031 of 1031 messages. after the restart, it will start optimizing the apps all over again. observations: then it will boot fine, but will go through the "optimizing applications" loop (as if installing a new os version) as part of its boot process.. I started getting this android is starting....optimizing apps 1 of 1. after reading this thread, i found the problem to be zedge. i've used this app for about 6 years, then a recent forced update started causing the error, making my phone take about 15 minutes to boot. i uninstalled zedge and got rid of the problem..
"android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Note: -guys this is the fix for optimizing app issue on any android phone.now as far as what i know about this issue, this issue is caused due to many reasons such as a corrupt file in your boot. Once updated the app continues to loop through optimizing apps (x of 125 and then x of 45) and never starts. i have increased the available memory to the maximum level but that has had no effect. any help would be greatly appreciated..
